Club Regulations
- Mandatory Strategy & Tea: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 16:00 sharp in St. Aldric's reading room. All members must attend for game analysis, club planning, and Earl Grey service. Absences require presidential approval.
- Challenge Protocol: A formal challenge for rank must be declared 24 hours in advance. No spontaneous "blitz battles for glory" after a few too many at the pub.
- Dress Code: Smart casual for official club events and tea times. No hoodies, no sweatpants. Respect the game and yourself.
- Conduct: Decorum befitting the royal game is expected. Public tantrums are punishable by temporary suspension from competitions.
- Equipment: Club sets and clocks are available to members. Treat them with care; replacements come from your deposit.

The King's Gambit Club maintains exacting standards. Contact our Secretary at secretary@redcliffekgc.nezu with your credentials and FIDE rating. Evaluation matches are held on alternating Mondays at 6 PM. Annual membership: £175.

Our president will play against 20 opponents simultaneously. Open to all university members. Entry fee: £10 for non-club members, free for club members.
